Yes you can, this is a feature of all Vassago frames with horizontal dropouts. The mounts included with your calipers offer enough adjustment for all wheel positions to ensure proper brake pad adjustment and rotor clearance. Once the caliper is set up properly, you won't have to fiddle with it.
