GearPlug OG install

The GearPlugOG, is the original JabberWocky hanger. When properly installed, your wheel will be automatically aligned and will not slip under your he-man like power quads. If your wheel does move under hard pedaling or braking, you installed it wrong. Shame on you.

The only trick is the GearPlugOG requires the right and left spacers to be inserted onto the QR axle prior to wheel install. Do it like this:

1.) Slide the hanger side onto the QR axle as shown below.

2.) Next, insert your QR axle into the hub as normal.

3.) Now, instal the left spacer before the QR nut, like this.

4.) Finally, slide the wheel assembly into the dropouts as you normally would and lock down your QR nice and tight.

5.) It goes without saying, but just to make sure you're not a nob, make sure the hanger is lined up like this.

 6.) The included black tension screws are used to lock the GearPlug forward and prevent your axle from slipping under braking forces. If you have a manly QR you may not need these. However, we recommend using them.
