General Warranty

All Vassago frames are warranted against defects in welds and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgment of Vassago Cycles LLC/IUD Inc. and applies to the original, registered owner of the frame only.

This warranty is subject to approval by Vassago Cycles LLC/IUD Inc., and is only valid for bicycles damaged under normal use. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper component set up, or abuse beyond the intended use.

We are fair and reasonable people. We will take care of you any way we can, to keep you feeling the Vassago love. But if you jumped a 10 foot gap, hit the garage door, or used the wrong parts on your bike, we can't be expected to pay for that. Be cool and fair, because we are.

Any Vassago product found to be defective of materials or manufacture will be replaced by Vassago at their sole discretion.  Customer assumes all shipping costs associated with returns or warranties.

Warranty is not transferable to new owners. Demo or Team bikes are not covered under warranty. Frames must be registered to be eligible for warranty.  Once your frame has been received in our warehouse it will go through a complete analyzation process by our techs.  Please note this process can take up to 10 days.  If you have not heard from Vassago by the 7th day please contact us at  customerservice"at"vassagomtb.com.

International Warranty

Please note, Vassago will extend the warranty to frames outside of the US, in product only. International warranty does not include shipping expenses.

Return Instructions:

Return of a product, for any reason, must be associated with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA number can be obtained by contacting Vassago directly at customerservice"at"vassagomtb.com .

Please note: Vassago Cycles LLC. is not responsible for any frames returned without an RA# and does not in any way guarantee it's return. To avoid losing your frame, DO NOT send us anything without a Return Authorization numbner.

2. Muddy or very dirty frames will not be accepted

3. Take extra care to package the frame in a sturdy cardboard box. Vassago will not be held responsible for damage to products caused by improper packaging.

3. Mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box and address as follows:

4. Include a copy of your original purchase receipt.

5. Include a copy of your contact information inside the box.

Crash Replacement Policy

Also known as the whatever policy. No need to provide elaborate tales of adventure and mayhem to explain why your Vassago frame is flattened like a pancake and burned with hot magma. It doesn't matter what happened. We will take care of you!

 Return your damaged or broken frame and we will give you a new one at 50% off current retail pricing on that model. This is subject to the judgment of Vassago Bicycle Company and applies to the original, registered owner of the frame only. Crash replacement policy is limited to one replacement per owner-registered frame.

Please note: ebay, craiglist, and other second hand bikes are not covered under warranty in any way. Also any and all demo, team or race frames are not covered under warranty. Original shop receipt or proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
